Hello!

I’m Lilly. I write this blog in which I explore lots of things relating to books + reading, writing + pen-pals, arts + crafty things, and hopefully a bunch of other fun things along the way.

The whole blogging idea originated with one of my pen pals. She had her own blog and I was reading it to my mom one day and she commented that I should start a blog so that I can practice my writing skills. The idea became further planted in my mind when I started making envelope art and I wanted to be able to share it with people, but I didn’t want to seem pushy. I played around with the idea of starting a blog, and, after the encouragement of some of my friends, here I am!

I also want this blog to be a space where I explore other hobbies that interest me and share them with you in the hopes that it might inspire you to pursue new hobbies. However, in the midst of all the things that I hope my blog will accomplish, my main desire is that everything that I share will bring glory to God alone and that He might be praised through all of it. 

So come join me on this journey and we’ll explore books + reading, writing + pen-pals, and arts + crafty things. Feel free to share with whomever you please. 😃
